I went out on a limb to look at vehicles. I received my pre-approval, at the new lot they tried to get me into a lease. I didn’t want a lease due to my work that I do. When I referred to the used lot, I met Josue. Him and Ryan were very helpful and understanding of what I was looking for. We test drove a Malibu. I liked it as I knew how it handled. This place was amazing ! Worked every possible angle to make us have the car we could afford and love with our family. Walt “magic man” Hartman III WAS just so patient and helpful with this process and wonderful with our many questions and doubts ! Best car experience I’ve ever had! We’ll go nowhere else from now on!
Great people and they will get you right!!! Ask for Lillian huth she’ll get you in any car you want! She’s fantastic and she’s willing to help and work with you! Best dealership I’ve ever been too! 10/10 hands down! Monica is amazing as well she’s fantastic with the numbers!
There for an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep wrote it up for over $113.00. I told her that their website special said $74.95. She apparently didn't believe me and checked with an employee. She could have just look on Preston's website. Then it took another 15 minutes for her to use my rewards points. She said she needed my account's last four numbers. I don't carry acount numbers around with me.
