My experience was positive from the moment I arrived until the moment I drove away. I appreciate that the advisor listened and engaged in meaningful dialogue about what needed to be done. The shuttle driver engaged in friendly conversation, and the car was clean when I picked it up.
Don't Recommend it! Terrible experience at Preston GM. The customer service was awful, and the staff seemed completely disinterested in helping. Management was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the entire process frustrating. I expected better treatment as a customer, but instead, I got rudeness and zero accountability. The General Manager Leigh Heppner is no help.
Good service and easy drop off and pick up.
