Do not go to Jarret for service.. im at customer at BMW, Ford And GM. And this is by far the worst service I have receieved in my life. The guy was assigned as my service rep and from the very first day when i dropped the vehicle off he would not want to talk to comes and hes trying to dodge questions and trys to pin a safety recall on me by saying i wasnt getting my oil changed. I sent him the recent diagnostics report by gm showing 36 percent oil remaining and that there is nothing telling me to change the oil. He told me ... read more
