I really appreciate the welcoming energy of each and every individual at this gym. The minute I walked in to get a quote for a membership, I was greeted with smiles, and genuine care for my exercise journey. It feels encouraging rather than judgmental. I was taking my friend there for his therapy. He loves going there but loves Tracy so he gets needed therapy.
8 months ago, I started a program here and have seen and felt great results. At 60 years old, I’m feeling stronger and better than I’ve felt in many years. I was referred by my surgeon after elbow surgery and Mike has been able to tailor a program to increase strength while protecting the elbow.
This is a fantastic little gym! The trainers are all top notch and everyone is incredibly friendly. I always feel welcome coming into the gym and never feel judged or pressured. It is a great place to just work out. I have been a member of the gym for around 5 years and have been working out with Mike (the main trainer) for that whole time. This gym and Mike helped me to lose over 60 pounds and helped to put me in a better healthier and happier place. I highly recommend this gym and Mike.
