Randy and his crew were great to work with. Job came out better than expected, good value, and top quality work done within a very resonable time. Had a minor issue after completion and they came out immediately and rectified the issue. Preston Building was highly recommended by an architech and I highly recommend them also.

Randy submitted a contract proposal for an addition on a home I own in Lewes DE. He and I met twice on site to go over the job. It is a substantial 6 figure job. I accepted every line item and only had one question. Despite two e-mails, three phone calls, and a call to home advisor, Randy has not returned my call nor has he started work.
