Absolutely livid with my experience at BMW of Preston. My husband was working with Joe B over the course of two days on a BMW X3 M40i as a surprise for me. He asked for pictures, reached out first thing the next morning at 8:30am, even saw the car over FaceTime, and made it clear he was ready to pay and sign that same day. Joe even asked for his drivers license (since there are a lot of scams going on these days), which my husband immediately sent. Having purchased many BMWs and other German brands, I always try to stay local to support the local dealerships. Unfortunately, my experience with Preston BMW was not pleasant and nothing like I have experience before. The good. I received a response to my initial request quite quickly. It was from there internet person who then directs it to a salesperson. Another positive was the salesperson responded quickly too and via the communication method I requested, text.
