Dr Madhav has been our family dentist since 2012, and she’s been great all along. She’s particularly patient and gentle with my mother, who has had numerous complications with her teeth.
This is the best dentistry experience I have ever had. Dr Madhav takes the time to explain and educate her patients, not just on what they should do, but the reasons why. Great staff and a fantastic hygienist who also took the time to explain things very effectively. I'm far more likely to adopt optimal practices at home when I understand why things are important. The office is comfortable, impeccably clean and organized, nicely decorated, and the technology is top notch.
I wanted to thank you all for getting my friend in over the busy time between Christmas and New Years! He was in so much pain and called me in a panic. I knew who to direct him to, and you guys fit him into your schedule and took such great care of him. Thanks to Dr Madhav and her Professional team for the excellent service. I had a fracture on my back teeth (crown) and as soon as I called the office they took me in. By using the high tech CEREC machine the dentist created the best fit crown before I left the office. My teeth look fantastic and my confidence in public is growing every day. I am very grateful for all the kindness at Preston Bend Dental in Plano and I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. Thanks for being a great dentist!
Dr. Madhav is great and she really knows what she is doing. I think she is the best dentist in DFW. The hygienist are very experienced. The entire team is very caring and friendly.
