Great support for me and my little one. Although we've seen a few different nurses throughout our visits, they have each been wonderful.
My daughter's eye weakness was identified correctly by the nurse here, thereby I was able to direct my daughter to the correct treatment path. Thanks a lot for the good support.
I had a really terrible experience here. I didn’t get a call for 2 and 1/2 weeks after I was home with new baby, they then told me I could come to them for my 2nd home visit. Then I was hounded over the phone to get in to the centre ASAP as my nurse was ill and I had to get there to see someone else immediately. It was horrible with a new baby. They gave inconsistent advice one saying top up feed another a week later limit feeds. Moved appointments without my knowledge. And to top it off, not included in a mother’s group.
