Presto Valet is always consistent but what sets them apart is the people who work there. On a recent Friday night, on my way home from work, I dropped off a number of shirts for cleaning, including one I had just worn to the office that same day. Later that evening, I realized I had left a number of folded bills in my shirt pocket. I wrote it off as an expensive lesson learned. I started using Presto Valet when I worked in the area and was super-impressed by the quality of the service and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. When I began working elsewhere, I went back to the dry cleaner in DC. That lasted two weeks. I wasn't at all pleased with the service and the staff was perfunctory. I didn't get the feeling me (or my business was welcome). That was almost four years ago, and I've been driving to Presto Valet ever since. I'm so glad I do!
