I was happy with the service - same day availability to diagnose the problem, able to return within a week to install a new AC. Its brand new so we shall see if it lasts!
Very efficiency service. We switch our old hot water tank to tankless. The process from price quote and installation is very fast and smooth. They even clean the utility room for me after the job is done. After they left, there is a problem with one of my basement breaker, I called Mr Shi and he return back right away to help me check everything, even this is not his problem. I definitely will have them come back again to instal air conditioning soon.
