Shawn was fantastic. His report was thorough and easy to read. He took plenty of pictures and wrote detailed notes on everything, and there was A LOT at this house. He was very respectful of the property and I will certainly hire him again if needed in the area!
I have used him for selling, buying and updating. He is professional, on time and let me know what I don't know. He'll help you get to where you need to be.
