I purchased a library embosser for my college-age son thinking it would be a gift that would last for decades. What I received I ended up trashing because there was nothing else to be done with it. When the embosser delivered, the product produced an embossing that wasn't deep enough to read at a normal book-to-face distance. Great customer service!! I called and spoke with a team member who was able to walk me through how to place my order over the phone. After I placed my order I knew it would take some time but any questions I had were promptly answered via email and I greatly appreciated the outcome of the package I received. I will be using their services again.

I just received my order from Presto Direct and I am happy with my purchase. I ordered my products a week prior to needing and was initially concerned about not receiving them in time but they arrived on time. The support staff was helpful by responding to my emails and questions. I give four stars because it was very difficult to reach someone by phone but, a little patience and they will surely respond to your inquiry.
