I left one star because the Salesman was a nice guy. Background: I was an out of state buyer looking for a Jeep to drive my family around. Safety and reliability were important. I found what seemed to be a great and valuable fit for my family. Well aware that it was an older Jeep, I knew there would be small issues. I purchased an extended warranty on a car that had been in a flood. I figured it would be a good thing to have. A few months later I started having multiple electrical problems due to the flood water. I decided to use the warranty for a repair which I realized was not very good at all. I ended up paying several hundred dollars in diagnosis charges, shop fees, taxes, and the first 200.00 of the total repair cost.
