Do not buy a car from this dealership. We purchased a 2019 gmc acadia that they said hod damage only on the left front fender. they indicated the car was totally restored and that everyting worked. The cruise adaptive control and forward collision avoidance only worked for one week. we looked up the vin number on google and couldn't believe what we saw. the total front of the car including windshield were pushed back to the front doors. The absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to touch up some paint and dripped it all over other parts of the vehicle. It was also sold to with bad brakes. When we tried to get the brakes and paint “touch up” fixed we were told the appointment for the brakes is a month away. Same to fix the job they did on the paint. My wife and I made a deal with a salesman then when we went to pay they charged us an extra $1000. If you want to work with dishonest people flipping salvage vehicles give prestman a call or stop in.

Purchased a 5.0 out of 5.0 car from them to get it home and find body panels held on by self taping screws, pieces held on by wire ties, also the roof liner feel down one day when hitting a pot hole and found attachments to hold it up were mostly missing. Called the service department and they told me well good thing you bought the extended warranty so take it somewhere and use it. A bunch of POS's they are.
No stars! I bought a vehicle out of state, and it should have been delivered to me yesterday, I got a call this morning it won't be here for at least three more days. I called the dealership for help. I was told "not our problem" "we don't even have the Jeep any more" "Nothing, we can do, but good luck". I did not set up delivery or have a company name or contact.
