Paula Mapp has managed my property for more than 15 years. We've gone through ups & downs and Paula is always genuinely invested in doing her best and most professional job. I'm always pleased with her selection of tenants after her thorough background checks. Mandy and her team are exceptionally great . They are very responsive , go over the board to help us with any needs for the home. They do more research than you can ever imagine and would be surprised by how much of knowledge they have on the market and area. PPM is a one stop shop for all your needs for property management and buying/selling homes. Please ask for Mandy she is the best .
The owner (some old lady) was rude and flipped me the middle finger- stay away from this company. Actions speaks clearly for just parking in a space when they were closed looking at their listings.
