DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY!! He is unethical and unprofessional. He wil use coercion, deceipt, manipulation and intimidation to try and keep more of your security deposit than he has a legal right to. He is NOT responsive to maintenance requests and then charges you for it when you move out. So make sure you document (pictures and written communication) so you can prove your case.
BEAWARE!!! I recently rented a home from these guys,and i did not document or take pics of the minor wear and tear or the dead lawn when i moved in.When i moved out it cost me over 700$ For preexisting minor wear and tear and a lawn that was already dead.So if you rent from these guys dont make the same mistake as i did.take pics document EVERYTHING minor or big before and after moving.Becauce they will charge you if they can get away with it .I learned a very hard lesson.I wouldnt have given any stars if it let me.
