Appt was scheduled at 8am. Booked the appt through the app. Paid in advance and barber accepted the appt. My son and I have been waiting for over a hour. Called barber after waiting 30 mins. Phone consistently going to voicemail. He sends a message after a hour saying he’s on the way. After leaving, we turn around to head back that way to arrive and him still not being there.
