WOW!!!! I can't explain in words how amazing Prestigious is. When I went there to get my car fixed Rene, the owner told me some amazing stories about my dad, who he worked with in the 90's. While he was talking to me some workers were looking at my car outside, and they told me what was wrong with it instead of me telling them what was wrong. I asked how long it would take, they told me two weeks, but it was done in one week. All the workers are nice, and helpful. Overall, Prestigious is definitely the place to go.

Hands down the best auto body shop in the county and beyond. The customer service was the best I have experienced in any Santa Barbara place. (Honestly, customer service around here is weird). Jaime Alvarez was the BIGGEST help, the NICEST guy, and the GREATEST source of information, as I know nothing about cars and did not want to get taken advantage of. Bad experience recently with this shop. I was referred by my Ins. Co. My first clue was Juan telling me my vehicle looked well, not good or great but well! Black specks all over tire well trim. Juan's response was, " we're not perfect." A new plastic bed liner trim was replaced, which was defective. It took me almost a month later to get a good one. I had to do all of the leg work myself through Toyota. I still have overspray on the bedliner which Peter the GM has not been helpfull with. And now I do not trust their work. Th... read more

I was very unhappy with my experience here and will most definitely not be going back. Despite their original appearance of having great customer service, this turned out to not be the case at all. I was told that my part would be in the next day, and it ended up taking about a week. They didn't think to tell me that the part wasn't in before I brought my car in on the day I told them I would come. Terrible Service, Inconsistent, and a rip off – Absolutely the worst! I took my car in the beginning of May, and they said it'd be done by the end of the month. Juan assured me he'd call to update me twice a week with my vehicle's status, but after the first call, I had never heard back from him. I called several times, always being told he would call me back, but he did not call with any updates at all. On the last week of May, I was told that my car was still set to be done for the 30th. Great service! – I took my car in for a detail and Peter hooked me up! I was unaware at the time, but I had a burnt out tail light which he replaced for me. My car hasn't been that clean since the day I bought it! I will definitely be back.

Only Prestigious – Two words: Blown Away!! I can't tell you how happy and satisfied I'am with Prestigious Auto Body. Everything, from the work on my vechile to the customer service they delivered was fantastic. The staff made sure I was taken care of and always followed through.. I recommend nothing but the best and this company is one of them!! Prestigous, thank you SO much. :)

I 'm very Picky... – I'm very picky about my car and don't trust it to just anybody. I hand wash it myself every time, so giving it to somebody else to paint made me nervous. I'm very happy to report that Prestigious restored my car to a state that was better than new. I'm writing this review one year after the job, and it has stood the test of time.
