Prestige (led by Andy Wilsey) took over managing the property we were living at in Urbana, IL. This property was very old and had been badly abused by the previous tenants. There was a heating problem, drafty windows and SEVERAL other issues. I was assured by Andy Wilsey that these issues would be attended to.
