I purchased an ID4 for my wife for valentines day. It was a last minute purchase and Justin Barner made it a breeze. Bro really rose to challenge with a price I was comfortable with as well as giving me free mats. Justin also came through with a big red bow to surprise her with. Which should be included with any vehicle that's 47K but I digress. He also went the extra mile and drove 40 minutes not only once but twice to drop the plates and VW charger at my home. Thanks again!
I took my car to this dealership to get fixed. They told me it would be $1,400 to fix. I got another estimate from a mechanic and they said the part with labor was $212. I called to tell them I didn’t want my car serviced there anymore literally less than 20 minutes after and they said it was already done. So I paid $1000 for 15 minutes of labor. I will never return there for services ever again !
Purchased a 2025 Jetta SEL and could not be happier with the process. Justin in Sales was knowledgeable, efficient, and went out of his way. Out of his way to the point he hand delivered the second key to our house days later when it couldn’t be found at the dealer, who does this in today’s world…Justin does!!! Thanks so much!
Bad weather night with a storm coming and the manager did NOT keep his word about leaving the charger open for me as I needed a tow from Hammonton and the dealership would be closed by the time I arrived. Thanks a lot, David!!!
