Just leased a car for the first time. So glad it was with Prestige Volkswagen in Turnersville. My salesperson Von Roach was truly amazing. Not pushing at all. Purchased vehicle May 2025. Terrible experience. Terrible sales staff. Terrible Finance person. Terrible management. Did not respond to 6 attempts and 7th attempt was lied to. Go anywhere else.
I dropped off my car for service ( repairs) last week for a day , non of my concerns about the care were fixed. I called around 2:30 that day to found out what is the status - the response was that technician was still working on it and somebody will call me when will be done. NOBODY CALLED to let me know if the car was done or if I can get loaner/rental car before the service close. I called 4:30 the person from service said that nothing was wrong with the car.
