Do not go here EVER!!! The building is never opened for you to get your merchandise that YOU PAID for. I'm filing an complaint! Its been well over a week of me trying to get in touch with someone, whether phone call or going to the building.. Please avoid this unprofessional place.
I went to Prestige to get a contact prescription (no contacts, just the prescription). The doctor is very kind and has a good sense of humor, and even though she seemed a bit brusque on the phone, the assistant was very welcoming when I walked in. The total cost of the contacts exam was $100 (the price for a glasses exam is the same), and there were no add-ons or upsells -- they gave me exactly what I came for and were straightforward, warm, and not pushy the entire way through. I got glasses there and they were both very pleasant and well priced not over priced like some other places I have been.
DO NOT go here. They overcharge and the receptionist is beyond rude. They also do procedures without telling you and then charge you. I would stay away from this place!
