I was very happy with the the staff and the doctors. They were very sufficient and very helpful. I was done in less than a hour which is great. Being if I had to go to the ER at Mercy Hospital I would have been there for hours. The doctor, was very intentive to my medical needs and helped me on the road to recovery. Thank you All
Usually great but not this time. I was told I could have my labs drawn at the office by receptionist on eureka way. Went to Hartnell office since they open at 8 and I could not eat or drink prior to tests. I was at the door before 8-first in the office. I waited 50 minutes to be told they could not do them and I had to go to Quest. I then had to wait 1 1/2 hr to get drawn there—that was the first available time. Very frustrating
The staff were friendly and the office is really clean and nice. The Doctor was easy to talk to and seemed knowledgeable.
Clean environment and fast service the staff is helpful compassionate and genuine my health is their top priority and they listen to without judgement
