I stayed overnight and contracted athletes foot from the hotel room. I call multiple tims to speak to a manager just to let them know. Not looking or asking for anything. I just wanted to let them know. No one returned my call.
My experience at The Prestige Treasure Cove hotel in October 2025 was 5-star. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The executive suite I stayed in was quiet and accessed by a separate elevator, which, along with the modern safety locks on the doors of the rooms, made me feel completely at ease when traveling on my own. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE PEOPLE WALKING IN YOUR ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT THEN WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR CRAZY
