Horrible customer service and support. 72 hours for a call back, hung up multiple times when on hold with no call back…what a nightmare. Once they have your money good luck getting any support!
Reached out to company for help booking cruise online via their "chat option." The agent in chat said I needed to speak with rep and gave me no indication of help answering my question. The agent via email reached out that evening to which I responded to within two hours and I've not heard back since. It's been days. A competitor has called me multiple times within the day. Prestige doesn't help via chat or email..not sure how they book packages with communication lacking.
Everyone has been very helpful, esp Alysa, Nicki and Kim.
so far service is good this is the only place that came up with booking back to back cruises so we could see everything we wanted. this is a once in a lifetime trip for us going to Austriala/New Zealand looking forward to this great trip!!
