Lauren was a great comfort to us and worked hard.to answer questions. She was methodical.and willing to take time so that we understood. We accomplished everything we needed to get on our cruise. We are lucky to have her for help. And you are fortunate, she is an employee.

Please read the reviews before engaging with Prestige Cruises. They offered perks on their website and once I confirmed with them the perk I would be receiving I booked with them. As soon as my booking was paid for, my perks no longer were available with my booking. They made a mess of my booking and the totals were different than what I agreed too and it took approximately a week to sort it all out. We have had an excellent customer experience with this tour company. First, our salesperson, Crystal, did a great job explaining the different Alaska tours and answering all of our questions. She helped me get our tour booked. Then, once we booked our tour, Laura Rocchio gave us stellar follow up customer service.
