Never showed up to pick us up at the Miami Airport to take us to the Fort Lauderdale airport, had to get Uber instead. They hung up on me when I tried to call and then didn't answer the phone at all.
Completely worthless. Never show up on time if at all. Calling them leads to non-english speaking or worthless customer service. Roll the dice with Lyft.
Generally late, poor driving, and almost never answers the phone. They also fake comments and evaluations on surveys and ride completion forms.
