I would give this place zero stars, but I’ll give it one star because our sales associate ARDI was very helpful. First they advertised a vehicle that wasn’t to buy. The car still needed to be detailed and fixed. We were willing to pay cash and get the car in the future. They play the “let me talk to my manager” game instead of full transparency. Worst customer service ever.
Very Bad Place to do business!! The sale men lie to potential buyers, forcefully persuade inexperienced buyers to sign. They give you below market value on your trade in and over price the purchase vehicle!! They tell you that you have the right to return the vehicle within 30 days if you aren't satisfied or aren't happy with the sale! That is a bold face lie just to convince you to sign.
