I had a storage unit before in the past. I had moved my things out but recently decided to move some stuff back because I had to roommates moving in. I like it because now you have access with the gate and longer hours to get into your unit. That helps out a lot thank you for that. Miss Cheryl is always so friendly and very helpful in your needs. Thank you for your outstanding service!.. Axel is a great , took care of my needs..thank you

The employee, Axel, at Prestige Storage in Ypsilanti on N.Huron was extreemly helpful! He was way more helpful than the representative on the Prestige corporate line. I have a brain injury and Axel was very patient to explain things to me and his patience was refreshing. He understood the sense of urgency in my delicate situation with my health and needing to have an urgent move. Axel even went above and beyond to get me the details i needed in a short time. Thanks, Axel! Keep being the you that you are!!!
