Will not refund me money for a service they did not provide unless I sign a waiver saying I won’t post a google review. I was extremely surprised to find that items I had paid to be disposed of prior to moving had actually been shipped halfway across the country at my expense. I then had to pay for these items to be disposed of at my current location. Mike, the GM, refuses to comply with the Australian Consumer Code of Conduct and refund my money without me signing a waiver to say that I won’t post a negative review. This is... read more
