Edit: called by Tim, he was sorry but still my experience as a tenant for 2 years was rate hiked too high. They claim that is market price. Thank goodness I found 1$ a square foot elsewhere in the same market. They told me they didn't care if I couldn't afford the rate hike, then got short on the phone when I had questions asking them to explain market pricing and also asking if I could talk to someone seeing as I've been there and made my payments on time for 2 years.
