These guys are pretty scammy. Took all of 1 month past the promo rate for them to hike the price. Customer service is pretty useless. They will listen, say they will get back with you, and then never respond and hope you forget your issue. Stay away.

Prestige Storage (Pasadena) is a nice, clean facility. I was able to setup my rental online, on a holiday, in less than ten minutes. I got 50% off my first three months. Upon arrival, when I realized the assigned unit was not what I had paid for their customer service people responded within minutes and provided a new unit right next to the elevator (worth the minor hassle). The app they use made it easy to get in and out as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the Annapolis/Baltimore area.

Prestige Storage on Ritchie Hwy in Pasadena is very clean, well lit, climate controlled, and the associates there are very attentive to your every request. Both Dallas and Cathy were very helpful and happily took all the time we needed to view the available storage units that easily led quickly to our decision to lease. Thanks you so much!

Danielle is awesome, she showed us around, answered our questions, the property is spectacularly clean. I've rented at multiple locations across the years and this location is so clean it still smells new. She was even weeding the gardens when we showed up. Starring my rental today!
