Best Ever! My unit at Public Storage was recently broken into (as were many others), so I moved over to Prestige. Customer service is superior. The lock is included ; access hours are extended and rates are better. Highly recommend Prestige..
Facility is very nice and well kept. Love the bathrooms on all the floors. Staff is very polite and friendly.
UPDATE: Once Danielle left, this place pretty much fell apart. They immediately doubled the prices with hardly any notice, and they started nickel-and-diming everything. It is no longer kept clean like it used to be, and now it is just like every other low-brow storage place. Such a shame. I'm so glad I stumbled on Prestige! Danielle is awesome to work with, and the place is kept immaculate - even the bathroom! I wouldn't go anywhere else after this experience.
