I have been a customer for over a year and they definitely hike-up prices especially ridiculous costs double the amount when you fall on hard times.
Best Ever! My unit at Public Storage was recently broken into (as were many others), so I moved over to Prestige. Customer service is superior. The lock is included ; access hours are extended and rates are better. Highly recommend Prestige..
Facility is very nice and well kept. Love the bathrooms on all the floors. Staff is very polite and friendly.
