Prestige Storage in Pasadena is awesome and has awesome folks running it! Best storage I've had in all my 71 years! They recently helped with pricing when crucially needed and the facility is very well maintained. We will definitely continue using them for all of our storage needs! Thank you so much from Rosemary and our family.
These guys are about as shady as it gets. They will increase your rent 4x to 7x within 6 months from move in. Was told by their director it is their POLICY to do so. They have broken their word to me twice now. Stay away. Edit: I contacted them after their response, their director said these responses are automated (shows how much they care), and can't help. Never using these guys again.
PS was very helpful in moving in and at 1/3 the cost of my last storage locker. Dallas is very friendly and made the paperwork easy to follow. So simple! TS
Very nice lady at the desk was very helpful in explaining everything to me and showing me the unit and how to use the door opener outside. Also, a very clean and Nicley price place
