I just found out after only one month there they are planning to raise my monthly fee up almost $80!!!! If they aren't going to be reasonable I will find another place. I am military and a senior on SS so this is way too much.
Update (11/25) - Just moved out...did not need the unit anymore and it's far away from where I am living in Virginia. I maintain my comments below and the move out process was quick and easy. Not too bad the day before Thanksgiving! Prestige Storage (Pasadena) is a nice, clean facility. I was able to setup my rental online, on a holiday, in less than ten minutes. Prestige Storage in Pasadena is awesome and has awesome folks running it! Best storage I've had in all my 71 years! They recently helped with pricing when crucially needed and the facility is very well maintained. We will definitely continue using them for all of our storage needs!
