Bob was a super nice and helpful employee. He was honest, kind, and seemed to have a lot of integrity. Would recommend this storage facility primarily from his strong customer service skills.

Stephanie was amazing to work with. Units and grounds were always clean and well maintained. When I moved out I hadn’t notified Prestige yet, but Stephanie noticed my locks were no longer on my units and immediately called me to verify and initiate the move out so I wouldn’t be charged for the next month. This level of customer service is unmatched!

I have been working with Stephanie at the New Albany location for the past 4 years, she has always been willing to help me with any problem that arose over the 4years. Stephanie has returned my calls properly, if she did not know the answer to my question she would make sure to contact the correct people and pass that information onto within 24hours. As a person that deals with customers directly as well, Stephanie has always made sure she has done and given 110% for me.
