I needed to store my belongings during a move and I am completely satisfied with the units I rented. No issues whatsoever. Stephanie was incredibly helpful to make sure all went smoothly from move in to move out... I highly recommend Prestige Storage New Albany. Thank you...
Moving is hard, but Stephanie at Prestige made it much smoother. I underestimated how much storage I needed and she was incredibly helpful and efficient and immediately assisted me with the additional storage I needed. Very grateful for her help!
Stephanie was absolutely the nicest facility manager that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with . If the New Albany location weren’t so far from me I would move all of my business to her facility! She was understanding and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a unit emptied in a timely manner into my vehicle so I didn’t have to use a rental truck at a high cost per mile. Thank you Stephanie for offering “Best in the industry” Customer service. I will recommend your facility to everyone I know.
Nothing but great things to say. They treat you like a person and not a number. Excellent, excellent service. I highly recommend!
