6:28 pm. 6/01/2025. I came back for the final time today. Was here earlier today going through my unit. The climate controlled building I pay a high rate for was Hot. My unit is full and as I checked on things and pulled stuff out, I discovered it is full of mold. The thermostat next to the unit read 86, but it wasn't the hottest part of the day. The things I loaded up to take smell too bad to keep. No one is at the office to speak to. No answer when calling. Unacceptable.
Bought an auction unit and had a great experience. Cheryl (sorry if I misspelt) was sooo helpful (and I needed a lot of help lol) Thank you
