Office personnel are exceptionally friendly and pleasant to work with. Storage Units are clean and the parking lot seems to be kept in good repair. I gave it 4 stars because as hard as the staff has been pushing to get a broken light fixed in my unit. either the upper management or the the company keeps stalling. Been out for over 2 years now.
Truly, a great staff who have provided excellent customer service as well as timely information.
