I own a unit in Etna , I call the phone number provided for the Etna location. Most of the time I speak to Josh , he is great to work with resolves all issues the FIRST time . ( If any arise, as I don't have many issues ) Working with Josh makes it so easy to rent from Prestige. Josh understands that I prefer to call and make my payments by phone every month with a representative instead of automated. Just today I brought up an issue with the hatch of my unit . A far more affordable storage option than Public Storage. Paying almost 1/3 of what I was paying at Public Storage for the same size unit.
Easy online rental, nice, clean unit.
Love this place! I have been a renter of 2-4 units here for many years. It has been bought and sold 3 times and these current owners are fantastic. Always return calls promptly, keep rates lower than others nearby and keep the facilities very nice! If they would let me give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would have! Highest of recommendation!!!
