All was well today.. quick service and the customer service was good and timely
They were no contact to get a storage unit which is great when you antisocial , and the facility is secure as well as they worked with me on move out situation. Very pleased and if I have to store again I will go here and I’ve used a lot of storage business in the past.
They have been super professional. Great facilities. And have been very accommodating. Highly recommend.
I own a unit in Etna , I call the phone number provided for the Etna location. Most of the time I speak to Josh , he is great to work with resolves all issues the FIRST time . ( If any arise, as I don't have many issues ) Working with Josh makes it so easy to rent from Prestige. Josh understands that I prefer to call and make my payments by phone every month with a representative instead of automated. Just today I brought up an issue with the hatch of my unit .
