Please read my updated 4 star 2024 review. In 2023 this facility went through a major overhaul as far as staffing and also other areas that were important to improve the care of the people who reside here. The leadership and the care and concern of all of the staff and especially Wolanda the facility manager Are 100% different than what they were when I wrote my one star 2020 review. The care is completely insufficient. A couple people working here do a good job, but I would stay far away. I’m very worried for my loved ones safety here.
My mom has been here for several years now. It's light, bright, friendly, the staff have been jewels, and there's always things offered to do community wise if the residents want. No place is perfect, but I've seen this team pull together over an over again to meet everyone's needs. Easy for me to recommend.
The staff are always very friendly when we are visiting. Our family member is well cared for. I’m very pleased to find out they’re planning a trip to the Tigard Festival of Balloons this year. Thank you to everybody for striving to provide the best care possible!!
