Okay these comments are kinda not true the managers and most not all but most of the care givers including med techs treat the resident like there not a person for example there was this resident that had a bruise on her neck and they put a turtle neck on to hide it and she was hurting begging to go to the E.R and never took her she ended up passing away later that week and gave cpr to a DNR patient and hopefully they get sued… so the moral is don’t bring your family there for assistance I sure as hell took mine out of there
I ordered breakfast to be delivered to my parents room and nothing happened. What are we paying for?
Please read my updated 4 star 2024 review. In 2023 this facility went through a major overhaul as far as staffing and also other areas that were important to improve the care of the people who reside here. The leadership and the care and concern of all of the staff and especially Wolanda the facility manager Are 100% different than what they were when I wrote my one star 2020 review.
