This is the second time Prestige Sealcoating sealed my driveway. Both times they did a great job prepping the driveway for sealing and applying the sealant. Great communication from the office and pro crew!
I hired Prestige Sealcoating in the Fall of 2024 to fill the cracks in my driveway and then sealcoat. Within one week the cracks began to open. When I sent them photos of the reopened cracks, they promptly said that they would come to reseal the cracks. Unfortunatey, because it was too late in the season for them to come back, they said that they would have to come back in the Spring. I was okay with that. They never answer the phone so you have to leave a voicemail. Left a voicemail with the SQFT of the driveway per the HOA. They texted back a quote with a price similar to what we paid a couple years ago and didn’t think anything of it. Today they seal coated only our side of the driveway leaving the neighbors side untouched. When asked we were told they were only doing our side for the quoted price, what? I live in a side by side townhouse and called to get an estimate to seal coat both sides of mine and my neighbors driveway. They never answer the phone so you have to leave a message and then they text you the quote. My message was very clear it was for a double driveway and it was 433sq ft. Which I know because I’ve had it sealed previously. They sent a text message with the price and date they could do it. I confirmed based on the quoted price in the message.
