I sent an email for a quote, within 20 minutes I received a call from Brittney to set up my free estimate, Will stopped over at the appointment time and gave 3 estimates, depending on shingle type. We choose the mid grade and emailed Will. He replied within 20 minutes thanking us and letting us know that he would collect 25 % of the cost upfront and Brittney would be reaching out with a time frame for completion. Prestige did a tear off and installed new roofing for us in late 2021. Weather was not great, but they moved through it. I had issues with them: Their salesman showed up on a Sunday, without an appointment, before they finished the job, when I was not present, looking for payment. In the tear off, they damaged the bottom flashing on 2 skylights, and should have replaced them. They left them pried off the roof with as much as a 1" gap off the roof.
