Our old roof was tile with paper backing - an old, out of date "scam roof" and many of the homes in our Citrus Heights / Canyon Oak neighborhood have it and have had leaks and had to remove. What a great experience, as a former sheet metal guy I was very particular about the materials used especially in the flashings and metal used for sealing. I was super happy to see nothing but quality come out of Bills truck. He was great at getting back to me with any questions also, even though there was only a few. I was also able to replace some plywood on my roof and my dormer vents.
