Offered me a free inspection due to their mistake and then went back on their word. Garrett the inspector guy was great. Office. Terribly managed. I called for an inspection and first girl told me there was no charge and booked the wrong appointment. Sent Garrett to inspect, and told me after that there is a $300 charge. They told me due to their mistake they will not charge me for the next inspection.
