Excellent, friendly, and accommodating staff. Tracey went above and beyond to create a comfortable stay and should be commended for her work. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quesnel.

Driving from Vancouver BC to Whitehorse Yukon, this stop was a welcome break. The staff were amazing, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had hoped to have a parking spot close to the room, to keep an eye on our car, (of course I forgot to put that in the booking, so one was not available). The Owner?Manager? Gave us her parking spot right in front of the lobby, so that we would sleep better knowing our overstuffed car was safe. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. My grandmother recently stayed here, and sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel—especially not right now with the ongoing construction and current staff dynamics. To start, basic amenities were missing: no tissue paper or toilet paper was left in the room, no refills for the in-room coffee or tea, and no safe provided. We stayed here last night because it was close to the hospital and we had an appointment for a surgery. The welcoming service that we experienced was amazing, the bed was so comfy and the rooms and hotel were super clean. We had a nice hot breakfast and the staff members were always so accommodating. I wish this was every experience I had with ever hotel. I definitely would stay here again but the entire rest of quesnel sucks haha. The hotel was the only nice part of our stay.
