As a landlord, they have gone above and beyond to communicate any issues, ensure my property is protected, and that any repairs are done by quality licensed and insured contractors. I truly value the expertise they have given me and recommend their services to anyone.
We moved in and there were stains on carpet and other child based damage. We didn't make a fuss because it was only cosmetic. However upon moving out we were. Charged over 800 dollars for cleaning and carpets. We cleaned the apartment until it was very clean.
It’s under new management now. Before we left repairs took weeks to get done, office was understaffed and there was no timely response to issues. And we just received our deposit which claims they needed to do $1100 worth of work after we left the place in the same condition we moved in with. Biggest issue is the very real possibility of rent suddenly increasing by $300. They were fine before but now be prepared to lose a lot more money than you planned.
