I recently went to view a showing with a friend and two agents from Howard Hanna that Paula Young was the listing agent on. While standing outside in the freezing cold for almost 30 minutes, the agent called Paula and had her on speaker. I was appalled and shocked by how Paula spoke to this agent, and how nasty and rude she was.
