Contacted Randy to get information on a parcel of land for sale and it immediately felt like buying a used car from a car salesman. After receiving the information and contacting our realtor, we put an offer on the lot. Randy then had the nerve to get angry at us for contacting our own realtor. He tried calling and texting several times threatening to sue our realtor for "capitalizing on his efforts", basically taking his commission after his "efforts" helping us purchase this lot.
