Marissa and the Prestige team have managed our Santa Rosa house for a few years now and we've been very happy with the level of service and communication.
Prestige Property Management has taken over the management of my rental in Santa Rosa. They have found a well qualified tenant and all the responsibilities of keeping me and the new tenant happy. At first, the receptionist was very polite and responsive when we went to fill out our application for Credit. She told my daughter and myself that our $40 credit application fee would be refunded if in the event we were not approved then we waited two weeks for processing paperwork during the third week they finally notified my daughter that they were unable to contact her landlord, which only occurred after my daughter called her the receptionist Aracely, and just today after being told all week last week that there were n... read more
