Prestige as an entire entity (aside from a couple of reputable physicians) has been nothing less of challenges. I feel as if though the medical providers got their licensing from a cracker jack box. I've had nothing but issues in which turned into my responsibility to fix their errors.
I had to pay $176 for a simple x-ray. Hope you see this before go there.
Extremely negligent and unacceptable experience. I had both an ovarian and breast scan at Prestige Diagnostics. After two months of silence, I had to reach out myself — only then did they finally send my ovarian results, which showed I have PCOS. That’s not something you leave sitting for months without telling a patient. I also learned (only because I called) that something went wrong with my breast scan and I needed a rescan. Overall a terrible rushed experience.
I happened to require a set of Xrays while in a rehab facility. Prestige Radiology came right to the site with a portable machine. The report came out later that day and my inpatient PCP received the report less than 24 hours later. Additionally I have some residual mobility issues that makes it difficult for me to the disc report for my neuro doc and they forwarded it to him. Much appreciated for the quick response.
