I scheduled an appointment seeking psychiatric support and a collaborative discussion about treatment options. Unfortunately, the experience was discouraging. I explained that I could not continue group therapy temporarily due to delays outside of my control.Despite this, I was told that I was “making excuses “ and I did not want to help myself which was inaccurate and felt judgmental rather than therapeutic. Dr. Crespi has been wonderful. Appointments are accessible, office staff is accommodating, professional and kind. My two teens do well with Dr. Crespi and it is important to note that his services should be used in conjunction with routine therapy/counseling and both providers should be in contact with one another. Equally as important is to communicate openly and honestly with the Dr. I will recommend their services to those needing a relaxed environment.
More focused on his computer than the patient in front of him — quick to judge, dismissive, and unhelpful. Extremely disappointing
I want to take a moment to praise Dr. Craig Crespi and his incredible staff. He was absolutely spot on in diagnosing and treating my daughter. Thanks to his expertise and compassionate care, we finally have our daughter back—and words can’t express how much that means. I highly recommend Dr. Crespi to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, attentive, and truly caring psychiatrist.
