Rooms are fairly clean, hot tub jets are not ever in service or hot enough to maximum public temp regulations, people break in to vehicles regardless if they are locked or not. Hard to support when many faults occurred.
Staff that goes above and beyond, the most comfortable bed and bedding, and a bright clean room. Couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you for a great stay ☺️ I rented the Willow Room for a presentation, it’s a bright and beautiful space, private with great technology that is easy to use. Thank you !
I decided to give it another try, and I had a much more positive experience this time. I plan to return and would recommend it to others.
