I was looking for a new primary care provider in the area and I was disappointed by the lack of communication and care I received. I went in doing my checkup, physical and blood work. The day of my appointment, I was notified they could not do my blood work. Fine, I went elsewhere and had my results forwarded to the office. Lab had to send and confirm three times- however office said they don’t have my results and NEVER bothered to reach out to lab either. The staff is always nice and they are affordable if you do not have insurance.
Very satisfied with visit, all questions were answered and options for treatment was discussed.
