First of all the photos are so expensive just for my skin to look discolored, my face to be weirdly edited, and for the money I paid I would assume that if your going to edit my photos atleast make them look good. I also had some college intern take my photos who honestly had no clue how to get my angles and forced me to smile like no I know my good angles. At this point just take your own photos

I recently booked a session at my university to take some graduation pictures for my masters program. I took time off work to make it to the appointment in time, and had a very unfortunate experience with a tactless Prestige Portraits associate named Daniel. I kindly asked him if I could pick a song to listen to during my session because I had been at work all day and wanted to relax and get in the mood. Terrible service. Took forever for us to retrieve the pictures. Called multiple times and you speak to people overseas. Finally got them and wanted retakes. 1st guy told me a date in October but that never happened. I called back today and she said January, but it’s not set. Tell your school to use another company. Terrible customer service. And good luck if you want to speak to a supervisor.
