My son attends another building but is a high school senior and they did not assist in accommodating someone that's not on campus. I just received the photographs and they're in an envelope that's obviously been bent/creased so their packaging is less than even mediocre for its contents
It took way to long to take pictures and the staff lost places in their lineup when and who was next. Two hours for senior portraits was not good
I absolutely do not recommend Prestige portraits. My son's senior pictures were originally taken the beginning of December. I specifically requested that one pose and background match the image they took of my older son 2 years ago. The end of December we still had not received proofs. With New years I had to wait to talk to someone. When I finally got a hold of a supervisor they informed me that the session number on our receipt had someone else's images. They were very good with our child she does not like her picture made. They make feel good, took time, and got great pictures. She was very comfortable with both photographers. Thank you for that.
I think there should be more choices to choose from!!
