Customer service in non existent once you get someone on the phone they just tell you that you have to call another number. My daughter had her pictures taken on Sep 25 and we were told we would have them in 48 hours and its now October 31. Multiple phone calls and still no pictures.
The 4 ladies at the front desk was very friendly. Greet us with a smile. I enjoyed my photo shoot. Thanks Prestige Portrait.
The packages and individual pictures are over priced. The pictures are not as nice as other companies. Unfortunately, they are contracted with the schools. It’s best to hire a professional to get better results and options.
